Well, today was a pretty successful day PLUS it was beautiful outside! On days such as this, I cannot just sit inside and attempt to do work while I watch the sun shine its bright rays outside. So, I took my distracted self and a couple friends and all of us set out to do work. Great, you might think..being productive freshman right off the bat. Well..not so much. I believe I have been doing well with the workload so far, but I can get pretty distracted at times. My friends and I decided to sit on a hill which just so happened was next to the women's soccer game that was going on! Well, we just couldn't sit there and not cheer for Eastern, right? Of course. And if we were playing Cabrini..we would be unloyal to not cheer for our home team that was leading the game. These were all the thoughts that were going through my mind at this time..not to mention that I only read 3 pages. But I was able to finish my homework the rest of the night. This week seems to be one that is trying its best to hold onto summer while it has the chance because it knows that the fall season is approaching fast. I have to admit, I really do love every season..all for different reasons. But that can be for a different blog..because now I am venturing off to bed to get my sleep. Oh, and the picture is one that I took in upstate New York..so beautiful and I felt that since this is my first blog, it needed a touch of beauty! :)
